BayWa r.e. sells seven Dutch solar parks including first floating solar projects. The projects, which include the ground mounted installation at Groningen Airport Eelde (21.8MW) and the two floating solar installations Tynaarlo and Sekdoorn (together 23MW), have been sold to the Encavis Asset Management AG (Encavis AM). The specialised Asset Manager is part of the listed Encavis AG, one of the leading Independent Power Producers (IPPs) in Europe. The sales are the first from BayWa r.e.’s Dutch solar assets and follow previous wind and solar farm sales with Encavis AM.
